| Personality: | Konami just happened to drop the ball here. Big time. I think he has maybe two lines and that's basically him and Grenseal joining you... What a shame. C- |
| Usefulness in Battle: | Alen is pretty damn good in battle. He's solid. Good defense, decent attack, decent mage, can wear heavy equipment and comes with a rage rune to boot. B+ |
| Overall: | He's what you'd expect out of being Grenseal's partner. He's more handsome, but has a crappier rune. It doesn't matter, both characters are great but they leave you wishing that there was some character development there... B+ |
