Leknaat. After the events in Suikoden I, she tends to the McDohl mansion.

| Personality: | Cleo has a relatively conservative personality. She's pretty calm and reserved. Her personality is one of the more well-done personalities in Suikoden I. She tends to disappear until the end, but then she also has some good dialog with Sonya at the end. B+ |
| Usefulness in Battle: | She's ok. A decent archer and a decent mage, but she's really nothig to write home about. B- |
| Overall: | Cleo isn't bad for a starter character, but she's also not someone you should be using by the end of the game. B- |
