He looks kinda creepy. His eyepatch just looks weird. I didn't even realize that was what it was until last year or so. :P Also, his hand's getting dangerously low there. Just what is he clutching...or wanting to clutch? His mustache kinda looks makes him look...French. C |

| Overall: | Basically he's there for you to make money and nothing more. Hmm...I bet his massive vault of money comes from drugs or something. How else could he pay you all that money time and time again? It's the only explanation! C'mon Konami, that could've made a great sidequest! "Help Gaspar make his drug deal without getting shot". It's genius I tell ya, genius. He still fails though. :P C |
