| Description: | Joshua is the leader of the Dragon Knights stationed in the Toran Republic. He is also the owner of the True Dragon Rune, although he has since passed that on to Milia. He is a friend of Humphrey. He agrees to help Tir's army after Tir awakens the dragons from their forced slumber, due to a spell casted by Windy. During the war, he adds the power of his Rune to Leknaat's to repel the monster army that Windy had summoned. |
