Afterwards he continues to fight for the Toran Republic and leads a victorious assault against the Jowston Republic. |

| Personality: | Kasim is a very smart man. He's the one who was able to capture Viktor, a man who had been able to evade capture for almost his entire life. Kasim has one fault however. His blind loyalty. He was the only general who did have a Black Rune from Windy. He does adapt quickly though, and after realizing his fault, he never looked back. He was the only general who tried to physically help the Emperor during the final confrontation and paid for it by an attack from Windy. He's a very good character and I wish he had been given more screen time. A |
