| Description: | Geddoe is the leader of the 12th unit of Harmonia's Southern Frontier Defense Force. In short, he's the leader of
a band of mercenaries that works for Harmonia. What you don't learn about him right away is that he was friends with the original
flame champion, and friends with Chris' dad, Wyatt Lightfellow.

Like most of his crew, looks is not this man's strongpoint. I give him credit for looking like a real man, but I have the same problem with Geddoe's looks as I do with Ace's. It's not the design that's bad, it's how weathered and wrinkly his face looks. Look, I know he's supposed to be old, but the guy has a true rune, ok? Joshua didn't look as wrinkly as Geddoe. B |
| Personality: | Unlike most of his rag-tag bunch, Geddoe doesn't display much personality. He's very quiet and kept to himself. However, it's not that he doesn't have a personality, like a silent hero, it's just that he's not the type who really goes out and makes his opinions known. However, if someone irritates him enough, or if they need to be "told." The man doesn't have a problem telling. Just ask that asshole in Le Buque. B |
| Usefulness in Battle: | Geddoe misses like it's going out of style. This seriously pisses me off a lot, because even if a character does crappy damage, he should at least be hitting his or her enemies. However, Geddoe hits hard, when he does hit, and he doesn't miss more than 25% of the time, at least as far as I can tell. He makes up for his missing by having the True Lightning Rune. His skill with lightning magic is also a major plus, making him a useful in battle with either magic or physical attacks. It makes sense that he's a mercenary, since he's skilled with both styles of attack. A |
| Usefulness in War Battle: | Geddoe is good here. I can't remember if he uses lightning magic occasionally, because if he does, that makes him better than he would be normally, thanks to his "missing" tendencies. B+ |
| Overall: | I like Geddoe, and he probably has one of the best scenes in Suikoden, period. Punching the asshole in Le Buque. Despite being a good character, I do have a minor beef with him, and it's that he's a choice for the Flame Champion. It seriously doesn't make any sense for him to become the Flame Champion, especially after learning about his past and how he feels about having his own True Rune. I won't let that affect his final grade. He's definitely a good addition to the Suikoden cast. A |
