member of Geddoe's mercenary group, and has some kinda' history with Nash, but that was in Suiko-Gaiden.

Joker looks like a crotchety old man. The purple is pretty damn lame for an old guy, unless you're James Brown or Rick James. Well, even then it's still ridiculous. It reminds me of that outfit thing that Dave Chappelle wore when he tried to impersonate Prince. It's pretty bad. If Joker had better clothes, I'd probably like his looks more. C- |
| Personality: | Joker is a drunken, old man. There's nothing wrong with that, but it does lead to some amusing dialog between him, Queen, and Ace. Mostly him and Ace, though. He and Ace have a funny relationship and history of giving each other shit. It makes Geddoe's chapters worth playing through, though. Joker gets kinda' funny in Chapter 5, though, and tends to question everything that's going on, like suddenly he's Fox Mulder or some shit. It's kinda' weird, but it's not too out of character for an old man. Maybe he wasn't drinking at the time...? Still, without him and Ace, Geddoe's chapters would be a bore, so I gotta' give credit where it's due. A- |
| Usefulness in Battle: | Joker is so-so. He's fast, and usually attacks right away. He hits twice, but with continual attack, you'd think he'd hit at least three times, right...? RIGHT?! He doesn't, and he's a Fire Mage, unless you get wacky and stick a Pale Gate Rune on him... But you're crazy if you don't stick that thing on Sasarai... Joker just isn't that good in Geddoe's group for combat purposes, but he does have a unite with Ace. He's there more for personality than power. C |

| Overall: | Joker isn't very useful, but the game sure wouldn't be the same without him. I like this guy. He may be a drunken ass, but that's not always a bad thing. The funny thing is, he's really only the second-most cool fictional character that I can think of named "Wang." See Big Trouble in Litle China. B+ |
